 Terrible Tech Support January 5, 2009
I have yet to get this to work. So far I've spent over an hour and a half either trying to get to customer support, or working with them directly. If you are having problems with installation, start with their website as they have many common problems listed there. Unfortunately, the level of support past that is not impressive. I'm giving it through the end of the day before I ship it back for a refund.br /**UPDATE 12/06** It's been 2 days and still more calls to tech support, I've waited an average of 30 minutes to get anyone on the line and it still doesn't work. I'm returning it and will try my luck with a CardScan.
 Neat - but is it a time saver? December 14, 2008
I haven't used yet this myself, but my assistant has, and he question whether it's worth the trouble; given the time he's spent checking and correcting inaccurate scans, he probably didn't save any time compared to manually entering the cards. (If anyone's figured out how to do better, let us know.)
 Neat Card Reader Solid ... After Tricky Set-up December 4, 2008
Watch for which Operating System that you are using for the desktop or laptop as certain XP services packs and no Vista support is available (yet). The calibration can be tricky too as the scanner needs to be re-calibrated pretty often. I also understand that the Neat Receipts product does business card scanning too if you need a receipt scanner. Otherwise, I still LIKE THIS PRODUCT ALOT.

I've been using this product for about 3 months now and I am very pleased. Accuracy is up near 98%, even on cards with backgrounds that I fear will hamper recognition. The integration into Outlook is seamless. If you are seriously considering a Business card scanner, you will not be disappointed with this product.
Doesn't support Vista October 31, 2008

Despite the system requirements section stating that this product is Vista compatible -- it is not. The software will not run in Vista which was confirmed by the company's tech support. Don't buy this if you're running vista.
