Watch out! These ONLY work on Polar Express! December 30, 2008 I thought these would also work on Journey to the center of the earth 3d, but Polar and Journey use different colors in the lenses. So these will NOT work.
Not worth the dough... December 7, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These glasses are much too dark compared to the regular paper 3D glasses. I bought a 3 pack thinking they would be better quality than the paper ones, but we don't even use them--we use the paper ones that came with our movie. They are definitely not worth the extra money they cost over just the paper ones!
Very Dissappointed November 23, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We have a new 47 inch HD tv. The movie itself seems to be most of the problem but 3 of us had better luck with the cardboard glasses that came with the movie. It was very frustrating to watch and not a fun experience as we hoped it be.br /
The movie is the problem, not the glasses. November 7, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
These glasses are built nicely, and they do help a bit with the 3-d version of The Polar Express. However, the movie has been put out so poorly by Warner Brothers i don't think anything will make a difference. Their 3-d conversion is terrible, and even these glasses don't help much. Im rating the 3-d home version a zero (the IMAX is awesome however) and these glasses a 5. The glasses are really good quality, but the double vision and contrast issues are built into the dvd version.br /br /Warner Brothers needs to issue refunds or put out a better version because they just aren't doing their job with this one!
