Although I was able to use this software on my old computer, when I tried to install it on my new computer the serial number I had already used on the old computer was rejected on the new one. I was able to install one CD out of four without keying in the serial number. I emailed Corel.com and they were of no help even though I'm registered with them. So I say, the heck with it. I'll continue using my Microsoft wordprocessing software.

This package states that it comes with WordPerfect 10 and nowhere does it say that it is anything but the FULL version. But it is NOT! After installing, I was astounded to learn that there is NO search function (Quickfinder)! I don't consider searching files to be some full featured professional function that can just be dropped from a home version-- it's pretty basic stuff. How Corel can just drop it is beyond me. Oh sure, it may be some third-party software that would have additional licensing fees, but give me a break! What good is a word processor without the ability to search its own files?!?! Shame on COREL!

Corel claims this product contains WP10. The version is not the same as that shipped with its office products. It is slow. Generation of pdf files brings a 1.2 GHz, 512 MB mem system to its knees. It hangs while printing. Patches are not apparent on the Corel web site.
Won't initialize January 29, 2003

The program appeared to install correctly but when I try to access it the Word Perfect Logo comes up with no serial number listed, then an error box that it cannot initialize. The serial number was entered and accepted during installation. I spent an hour, at my expense(no 800 number) with Corel with no resolution. So now I have a program that is of no use to me.

Always liked WordPerfect and the packaging in this group is great.pHad been looking for virus software anyway and when I saw the rebates offered on this suite thought I couldn't lose. pGave it only 4 stars because manual is lame. Only limited info included and that is mostly for WordPerfect.pOne warning tho', be careful when installing the McAfee. If you are a Windows 98 user you might run into some trouble especially if you have an older version already installed. (I had a demo/temp version that came with my computer.) Haven't looked, but McAfee customer service said there were instructions on installing this under those conditions on their web site. This bug will cause your machine to not boot properly; so make sure you visit the site first. Fix was straightforward and the rep was very knowlegdable and easy to talk to. Haven't had any trouble since then. Wouldn't let this stop me from buying the Family Pack or installing the McAfee.pHaven't sent in the rebates yet, but it is a shame that to get a decent manual to use with WP or Quatro it will cost more than the all of the software included in the pack. sigh
