Product Description
You'd think years of defeat would get to a guy, but Bowser just doesn't give up! He's captured Mario and his friends in his pursuit of a crystal that the group collected when it fell from the sky, and he doesn't hesitate to shrink them to miniature size to get rid of them and get his hands on the other four crystals. The mini-heroes have to find the crystals before he does, making their way through giant environments filled with enormous creatures. The single-player campaign takes place in five different settings, each of them ending with a boss. As usual, players have to collect coins and stars, at the same time escaping dangers such as Piranha Plants and other classic creatures from the Mario universe. As they progress through the game, players also can unlock various mini-games, such as Rail Riders, Sweet Sleuth and Goomba Wrangler! When players are tired of exploring the story mode, they can choose one of the other modes, like Puzzle and Minigame. Play with up to four friends on the DS' local Wi-Fi and let the party begin! 5 out of 5 stars Great fun for kids   December 17, 2008
I bought this game for my daughter (9 years old), and it is by far her favorite Mario Brothers game. She lost it a while ago, and rather than get a new game, she insisted on replacing it. I'd say this is her top Nintendo DS game overall.

5 out of 5 stars Great, especially if you have more than one kid with a DS   December 16, 2008

Nintendo games are probably the best games for the DS. The main reason is that they almost always let you play multiplayer (using more than one DS) with only one copy of the game. That is ceratinly one of the highlights of Mario Party. My kids love it, and we only need one copy for use with both DSes.

5 out of 5 stars BEST GAME   December 3, 2008
This is the best game ever!br /You get shrunk by Browser and you have to play on a giant board!br /You can be Mario,Peach,Luigi,Wario,Waluigi,Yoshi,or Toad. You try to get as many stars as you can in 10 turns. Then you get bonus stars for who lands on the most green spaces, who wins the most mini games, who lands on the most friendship spaces, and more!!!!!!!I think this game is great for 6 and up(my sister is 6 and I am 8).If I were you, I would go buy "Mario Party"!

4 out of 5 stars Pretty fun overall   November 26, 2008
The mini games are cleaver, not quite one you would see on Wii or game cube.

5 out of 5 stars Good Mario Party   November 16, 2008
As complex as this game can be on the regular consoles, they do a good job of making one for the DS. All you need is one game and four people can join in with their DS's. Entertains quietly for hours. The single player, I'll admit was a little hard for me. I still haven't beaten it.
