Solid Product! November 11, 2008 This is a very nice cd version of the bible. If you want pure WORD without all the drama and inuendos (sorry if mispelled), this is it. While it is straight forward, it is not boring; but read well.
Very happy with this purchase October 3, 2008 I was hesitant to purchase based on several of the negative reviews, but I'm glad I bought it. The quality very good and have no problem hearing it no matter what I play it on - computer, car, portable CD player. I like the speaker's voice and the introductions to each Book are helpful.
Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth September 29, 2008 This NIV audio Bible is very easy to listen to. It seems to have just the right amount of dramatization and music to let the listener know who is talking and what the mood is.
NIV Audio Bible CD August 25, 2008 The recipients of this gift say it is just wonderful, that it really makes Scripture come alive.
A very enjoyable way to experience the Living Word of God. July 13, 2008 Pretty much the reviews previous to mine I agree with. Sometimes the volume level of the CDs are a little low and hard to hear. The narrarator takes a while to get used too because it is VERY dry reading. Although once you become accustomed to his voice it is like hearing your grandfather speak. I really enjoy the introductions to each book though because of the historical significance. Very enjoyable.
