"Outstanding 3D graphics and authentic in-game commentary. 48 of the nastiest bulls, each with their own unique bucking styles and characteristics. 3 different classes of bulls based on their point/buck-off ratio and how many world championships they have won. 8 different arenas around North America. 3 modes of play: Exhibition, Rodeo, and Season. Create-a-rider and customize accessories for your own unique Cowboy Style, and then challenge for the World's #1 ranking. Once you are thrown, you will need help from the Rodeo Clown to keep the bull from trampling you."

I bought this game after my two sons started watching the TNN coverage of the PBR. I initially bought the PBR game from Sierra, which to be honest was a travesty. American Rodeo Bull Rider 2000 from Interplay is an awesome bull-riding simulation. FIVE STARS no question.

I've tried the other two bull rider titles from Sierra and Head Games and they are bad. The one titled Extreme Bullrider is one of the worst games I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot. 'Nuf said. The one called Professional Bull Rider had some decent graphics but the animation is kind of weak and it doesn't have a rodeo clown that interacts with the bull like in a real rodeo. American Rodeo: Bull Rider 2000 is by far the most fun. The animation is very good and the clown is very convincing when he tries to save you from the bull's attack. If your are in the mood for a rodeo this is the game for you!
