Great product but with 'pay' support July 12, 2007

After Norton Anti-Virus didn't remind me to upgrade, I got a series of trojans and spyware. That ticked me off. So I downloaded EZ Trust on my Windows XP and have had NO problems. It was easy and it updates once a day on its own. I don't even know when it is updating in the background. It covers virus's, spyware and you can adjust the firewall protection. Only flaw is that customer service is an additional cost, but the software is less expensive - so it's a toss-up. The reputation of this product is very, very good.
