I haven't had one issue with this product. I used it to create a 4 Partition machine with multiple OS. But you HAVE to make sure you hide the partitions from each one another otherwise it will fail.

I bought the product v09 for Christmas present. After installation replacing the previous version, I was no longer able to manage partitions or operating systems. The product freezes the computer. The tech support site says to turn off video driver resolution, but this did not work. Emails to tech support have gone unanswered for 3 months.

I purchased Avanquest Partition Commander and it did not do what I needed. It also stated to send an email to get the upgrade to support Vista. I sent an email and never received anything back. br /br /The software states it has a money back guarantee. I sent the software back and have called them and emailed them to get a status on my refund. I have not been able to get a response via email. When I call it states they are in training or that they are closed and to call back during business hours. The reality is I am calling during their business hours. It doesn't matter what number or who you try to get to. br /br /The Company is one BIG BLACK HOLE. Would not recommend purchasing any software from Avanquest. If you have problems, you are on your own.br /br /

I have been configuring Windows systems for over 20 years. I used System Commander 7 years ago for some dual boot Linux systems and it was great.br /br /This version 9 is a nightmare. It will NOT work with Vista and after you buy it and go to the web site for support the site will tell you so.br /They offer a "Vista compatible" version you can download. It doesn't work either. br /br /As of this writing, I have been waiting 10 days for my 24 hour email technical support response.br /br /If you are using Vista, use the built in disk manager. It works.br /br /If you are not yet using Vista - *** D O N 'T ****

System Suite was the first product I've every owned from VCOM and it was the best. So I was checking out what other products they provided and came upon this System Commander. I gave it try but it wouldn't install on my Vista computer. I Emailed their tech support and they gave me a free upgrade to the Vista compatible version. This product lets me partition my drive and install XP so that I can have the best of both worlds! If you have Vista, you know what i mean. About 99.8% of all software out there are not Vista compatible and they force you to upgrade to the Vista version. Now i can keep all my software on my XP and dont have to upgrade!
