| Customer Reviews:
It prepares students to be bored. Very disappointed November 20, 2008 I was attracted to the ability to transfer content to an ipod. However, overall this software is very disappointing.br /br /1st - it is confusing. It essentially runs off the disc. Upon launch, you are brought to a content tree, where you pick which topic you wish to cover. This opens another window. The reading lessons are EXTREMELY dated and really awful. However, they are essentially one long story, so you cannot pick up in the middle. The ridiculous part of it is that it essentially shows pictures, text, and READS to your child. So... mine just sits there - not reading. I don't exactly get the point.br /br /I would recommend Scholastic Workbooks over these and a fun software. I wish more was available for Mac users, but skip this. It is not worth it at any price.
