My problem is not with the product. I was mailed three, not one, of the items ordered. I returned the two not ordered over a month ago. My account has not been credited yet.

Excellent product, tough language April 11, 2008

This was the first time I have used Rosetta Stone and I was thoroughly impressed with the ease of use. Turkish is a tough language to learn if you cannot roll your r's so be forewarned.
