| Customer Reviews:
Good collection of games November 14, 2008 Clifford Phonics - good for pre-readers but not too helpful for children who already read. My daughter can read, so she doesn't really learn from this. But she loves playing it. She also has Clifford Reading, which is better for readers.br /Dragon Tales Math - great set of games that teaches math basics like sorting and patterns. It has a great shape sorting game that requires enlarging or shrinking shapes to get them to fit. It also has a game that is supposed to teach addition but it isn't very good. Jumpstart Advanced Kindergarten has an excellent addition and subtraction game that preschoolers can easily use. br /I Spy Logic - I highly recommend this. Includes finding hidden objects and patterns. Kids can also create their own.br /Typing - this CD is terrible. I had assumed that a typing product aimed at this age group would focus on teaching keyboard familiarity. But the focus is actually typing instruction. There is one game that teaches the keyboard but it's boring. The other games teach actual typing. My daughter is only 3, so this won't be useful for 4 to 5 years. br /br /My big complaint is that you can't install these games. They have to run off the CD. So, my daughter can't start them without help. This is very annoying for a product aimed at young children.
